- International: 10–21 business days (customs may cause delays)
Tracking information is provided for all shipments.
4. Can I return my order?
Non-personalized physical products: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (EU customers). Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Personalized products & digital downloads: Cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
5. How do I download digital products?
After purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
Once downloaded, digital products are considered delivered and cannot be refunded.
6. Can I customize my order?
Yes! Personalized children’s clothing and some printed items can be customized.
Please double-check spelling, sizes, and design details before confirming your order. Personalized items cannot be refunded unless defective.
